Time Out Beijing
I joined the Time Out Beijing team in June 2019. I was their digital and social media editor, responsible for content creation and digital media management.
I was in charge of the Instagram and Facebook channels and website management. Utilising user-generated content and the Time Out Beijing community, I created a consistent and focused strategy of building campaigns and features promoting community engagement.
I created weekly Instagram features and activity round-ups, as well as culture and event promotions around public holidays, which proved popular with the community and allowed me to work on paid campaigns with many vendors in and around the city.

As well as my responsibilities in populating the website and social media management, I also wrote original articles for both the magazine and website.
I have written on a range of subjects, including tech, travel, local government and food. I am open to freelance article commissions.
